All renovation, remodeling, installation, and design services are based on agreed project scopes,
consultations, and approved plans. Any additional work, upgrades, or modifications requested after
project approval may require updated timelines, revised estimates, or additional service charges.
Consultation & Design Services
Design concepts, layout recommendations, material suggestions, mood boards, and renovation ideas
provided during consultations are intended for project planning purposes and may vary depending on
site conditions, material availability, and technical feasibility.
Renovation Timelines
Estimated project timelines are provided to help plan renovation activities; however, completion
schedules may be affected by material sourcing delays, contractor availability, weather conditions,
custom fabrication requirements, inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Material Selection & Availability
Product finishes, colors, textures, décor items, flooring materials, cabinetry options, fixtures,
and installation components are subject to supplier availability. Similar alternatives may be
recommended when selected materials become unavailable or discontinued.

Property Access Requirements

Home Safety & Site Conditions

interruptions, or restricted access to certain areas of the property. Clients are encouraged to
